Qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Barrister & Solicitor (non-practising), Nick provides services in corporate insolvency, business recovery, personal insolvency and business advisory. He also provides services in forensic accounting, expert witness reporting and investigative accounting.
Nick is a fellow of CAANZ and is a full member of IPA, ARITA and AICM.

June 2023 - Nick Cooper of Oracle Insolvency Services was appointed as a Controlling Trustee (under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act) who was facing a creditor's petition for his bankruptcy. The debtor had proposed a personal insolvency agreement (PIA) to his creditors, which was accepted and the creditor's petition was dismissed.
May 2023 - Nick Cooper and Dominic Cantone were appointed restructuring practitioners of Platinum Restaurant Services Pty Ltd ("PRS"). PRS directors remained in control and it was ‘business as usual’ while Nick and Dominic put a proposal made by the directors to creditors to settle debts. Their proposed 'restructuring plan', which involved lump sum contributions and monthly instalments over 3 years, was accepted by creditors.
