Andrew Weatherley has extensive experience in all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency and advisory in Australia with over 23 years of experience gained working in two of Australia’s foremost corporate restructuring and advisory firms prior to establishing WCT Advisory.

Andrew Weatherley has acted in a wide range of formal and informal appointments including Advisory engagements (advising Directors, Business Owners and Financiers), Small Business Restructures, Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Deed of Company Arrangements, Personal Insolvency Arrangements, Statutory Trustee appointments and Bankruptcies. Andrew also supervises staff who undertake forensic accounting engagements, business valuations and fractional CFO services.

Andrew has gained experience in cash flow and liquidity management, working capital analysis, real property management and sale, forecast financial reviews and performance improvement in various sectors. He has also been involved in a significant number of small personal and corporate formal appointments across a wide range of industries and geographical locations.

As a result of this experience, he has the ability to use creative strategies and resources to achieve commercial results for clients, especially in a distressed financial environment.
